There are two main types of hybrid system
A. Hybrid solar systems are able to store solar energy in the battery, that is generated during the daytime and using it at night. When the stored energy is consumed, the Grid is as back up power.
B. Hybrid systems are also able to charge the batteries using cheap off-peak electricity (usually after midnight to 6am). people call it as ‘solar +storage system’.
